Waste Management Specialist

As a Waste Connections Front Load Driver, you will be responsible for operating a heavy diesel truck to collect and transport waste to disposal facilities. Your duties will include performing pre-trip inspections, driving to customer locations, and operating hydraulic hand controls to lift and load refuse.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete pre-trip inspection of the vehicle
- Drive heavy diesel truck to and from customer locations and disposal area(s)
- Move waste bin to position accessible by truck and close all enclosure gates, as necessary
- Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse, operate compactor and dispose of collected material at the designated facility
Requirements
- Valid CDL license
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Good communication and customer service skills
