We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Management Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consulting services around IT planning, business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and project management activities.

The key tasks of this role include:

  • Supporting project managers with coordination activities
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Collecting and analyzing data for IT projects
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and documenting user pain points
  • Developing presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as management, marketing, or finance
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience working in a program management office (PMO) environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to obtain a government clearance

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on your location and experience.
