About the Role:

The Project Oversight Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of project development and implementation, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, and other stakeholders.

You will develop scopes of work and complete subcontracts and purchase orders, participate in risk management, and ensure compliance with contract documents. Additionally, you will engage in company-wide training programs and development, coach performance and development of team position responsibilities, and establish goals.

As an employee-owned organization, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
