We are currently looking to enhance our Survey Team with a Licensed Survey Project Leader.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $109,000 to $144,000, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position that includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Our surveyors provide a broad spectrum of surveying and mapping services, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to deliver precise land surveys. We employ advanced tools such as 3D imaging, drones, and GPS technology to ensure the highest level of accuracy, satisfying all stakeholders involved.

Additionally, we offer reliable data for easements and right-of-way disputes, equipped with advanced software like AutoCAD Civil 3D and point cloud processing to guarantee precision.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, technically proficient, possess strong communication abilities, and maintain a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and their representatives on various projects.
  • Oversee research, fieldwork, and drafting processes.
  • Analyze complex data with minimal supervision.
  • Resolve issues related to measurements and field evidence collection.
  • Establish and uphold surveying standards.
  • Guide and support team members in processes and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with Field and Office Leads on project-related matters.
  • Conduct boundary research and resolutions under PLS review.
  • Prepare cost estimates and scopes for survey proposals.
Qualifications:

Requirements:
  • Graduate of a College or Technical program.
  • PLS License with a minimum of 4 years of experience (Washington state license preferred).
  • Experience in business development.
  • Proven track record of client engagement.
  • 6+ years of combined office and field experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and flexible in project approaches.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work hours.
  • Familiarity with municipal and government project work.
  • Knowledge of Trimble survey equipment.
