Civil Project Manager – Land Development

Shape the future with PACE

We are seeking a self-motivated Land Development Project Manager with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovative solutions.

You'll be technically knowledgeable with strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to bring their vision to life.

As a Civil Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents, including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) licensed in Washington. (Oregon a plus.)
  • 10+ years of engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects.
  • Ability to manage projects independently.
  • Initiative-taking with a desire to deliver excellent client service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
