Civil Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to join our Land Development team at PACE Engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of land development projects to deliver exceptional results on-time and on-budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents, including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) licensed in Washington (Oregon a plus).
  • 10+ years of engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects.
  • Ability to manage projects independently.
  • Initiative-taking with a desire to deliver excellent client service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
