Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality patient-centered care as part of our interdisciplinary care team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, and have a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct, evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
  • Assist with procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed.
  • Perform lab and procedural tests within the LVN/LPN scope of practice, after demonstrating competency.
  • Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
Requirements:
  • BLS certification required within 15 days of employment start date.
  • Associate degree or vocational school graduate.
  • 1+ year of experience as an LPN or LVN.
