Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at PJM Inc. The successful candidate will provide daily general HR support to defined client groups, acting as a strategic business partner to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching, employee relations, performance management, recruiting/staffing, organizational effectiveness, and development support to client groups.
  • Partner with the People Services Center and Total Rewards Center to deliver customer-focused proactive solutions and problem-solving.
  • Act as the single point of contact for client groups, providing HR guidance and support.
  • Consult with management on business and performance needs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes, including talent management, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with training resources to ensure employee and leadership development, and provide coaching and counseling to all levels of the organization.
  • Responsible for assigned department and company-wide projects, serving in a lead role in executing organization-wide initiatives.
Requirements
  • BA degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership development, human resources, internal consulting, employee relations, and/or recruiting.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail.
  • Ability to visualize and solve complex problems.
  • Experience in competency-based assessment and selection, organization development, change management, management coaching, communication, and/or manager/supervisor/employee development programs, employee relations, and recruiting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA.
  • Experience with PJM operations, markets, and planning functions.
