We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at ABA Centers of Pennsylvania. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with autism in various settings, including the home, community, and our centers.
- Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
- Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in ongoing training.
- Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients.
- Maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
- $200 monthly gas stipend.
- Supervision and mentoring for team members who wish to become BCBAs.
- Company-provided iPads.
- Registered Behavior Technician training.
- Opportunities for career advancement.
- $5,000 bonus for referring BCBAs to work in MA, NH, TN, PA, or NJ.
