Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work closely with our experienced clinical team to provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD in a variety of settings, including homes, communities, and our centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and summarize data during sessions
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals with ASD and their families
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent, reliable transportation and a driver's license
  • Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record
