Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at NeurAbilities Healthcare. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Work one-to-one with clients in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, and schools
• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and their families
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
• Ability to remain patient and calm in challenging situations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Competitive hourly rate of $19-$23
