About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist or MLT Generalist to join our team at MLee Healthcare. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing a diverse range of lab procedures in areas like hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood banking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and precision
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the highest standard of care
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate results
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest laboratory techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • ASCP (MLS) or ASCP (MLT) certification, or AMT certification required
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in every aspect of clinical testing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the medical team
