Role Summary: As the leader of a Medi-Weightloss clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and management of all clinic policies and procedures, including clinical, financial, operational, personnel, and administrative functions. This dynamic role requires a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service while achieving clinic sales targets and objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesManagerial Duties:
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Ensure operational standards align with the company's defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Guide staff in their professional development, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with clinic personnel to promote goal achievement and consistency.
- Implement a hands-on approach to uphold company policies regarding clinic operations and cleanliness.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and flexibility in fulfilling various roles.
- Identify and address any clinical or operational issues, developing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a proactive mindset in all aspects of clinic management.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office tasks, including patient registration, scheduling, and data entry.
- Handle telephone communications using the approved company script.
- Conduct consultations to introduce company services and onboard new patients.
- Perform follow-up calls to monitor patient progress and address any missed appointments.
Clinical Duties:
- Record patient vitals, administer injections, and perform phlebotomy.
- Provide dietary counseling during patient visits.
- Document patient progress in charts and electronic medical records.
- Execute additional clinical responsibilities as needed.
Position Type: Part-time transitioning to Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour
