Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all payroll data, including employee information, benefits, and compensation
  • Assist payroll specialists and associates with pay-related inquiries and verifications of employment
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including bi-weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Provide weekly reports to HR leadership on payroll-related metrics and trends
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve payroll processes and efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR or payroll, preferably in a dealership or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and organizational success
