About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at 24 Seven Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored selling techniques and extensive product knowledge to clients
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while developing new methods to increase sales and cultivate client relationships
  • Display a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service within the boutique
  • Guarantee cross and up-selling amongst all product categories
  • Optimize opportunities to grow client book and acquire new clients
  • Discuss and convey interest with clients on knowledge of trends in the luxury market
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Luxury Sales with a proven sales record
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in special-order process from Point of Sale through Alterations is a plus
  • Ambassador of exquisite style with ability to communicate garment fit and construction to clients
  • Strong understanding of client needs and expectations
  • Ability to project an approachable and professional image
  • Adheres to company policy and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office
