Job Summary

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the quality control program in collaboration with the project superintendent. This individual will coordinate the activities of multiple quality control engineers on one or more projects and work closely with the project manager and project superintendent to resolve quality control issues to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the quality control program in collaboration with the project superintendent.
  • Coordinate the activities of multiple quality control engineers on one or more projects.
  • Work closely with the project manager and project superintendent to resolve quality control issues.
  • Participate in regional efforts to promote quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality control policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
