We are seeking a highly skilled Corrugator Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Deline Box & Display. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our corrugated products.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality inspections of corrugated board to ensure compliance with internal and external customer specifications.
- Stack and unitize corrugated board, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
- Train and mentor Corrugator Stackers and Operators on quality control procedures.
- Monitor conveyor lines for jams and operate machines to prevent production downtime.
- Communicate quality and production issues to Corrugator Leads and internal staff.
- Experience in the corrugated box industry, preferably in quality control or inspection.
- Knowledge of paper grade, flute styles, medium types, laminating processes, and corrugated production processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtime.
