Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corrugator Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Deline Box & Display. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our corrugated products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality inspections of corrugated board to ensure compliance with internal and external customer specifications.
  • Stack and unitize corrugated board, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
  • Train and mentor Corrugator Stackers and Operators on quality control procedures.
  • Monitor conveyor lines for jams and operate machines to prevent production downtime.
  • Communicate quality and production issues to Corrugator Leads and internal staff.
Requirements
  • Experience in the corrugated box industry, preferably in quality control or inspection.
  • Knowledge of paper grade, flute styles, medium types, laminating processes, and corrugated production processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
