The Opportunity
The Client Success Solutions Architect (CSSA) position serves as a pivotal advisor within our Privacy/GRC/Compliance product suite.

We seek dedicated technical specialists with extensive industry knowledge to ensure strategic achievements and deliver value while collaborating with our esteemed Endeavor clientele.

In particular, we are in search of an architect who aligns with our 'GRC & Security' Cloud. The global threat landscape is in constant flux, presenting new and unforeseen risks to individuals and organizations alike.

In light of ongoing cyber threats, global emergencies, and natural calamities, a company’s structure and supply chain must remain robust.

We require an individual capable of guiding them through the challenges they will encounter and how to navigate these as they leverage Endeavor's solutions to fulfill their business objectives.

Your Role

As a Client Success Solutions Architect at Endeavor, you will play a crucial role in reshaping how organizations handle privacy, security, and compliance.

Your expertise will directly support our mission of fostering a safer and more reliable digital environment.

• Establish Trusted Advisor status with senior business and technology executives.

• Develop and present strategic application and architectural design documents utilizing Endeavor best practices.

• Lead strategic workshops and formulate high-level solution recommendations based on business goals and feasibility considerations.

• Deliver thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and educational events to showcase customer use cases and reference architectures.

• Provide strategic subject matter expertise through advisory sessions, pre-sales support, and field assistance.

• Collaborate with external teams to synchronize roadmaps and technical architectures with strategic business objectives.

• Translate and implement strategic needs into practical Endeavor technology-driven solutions.

• Proactively identify and assess strategic issues/obstacles and suggest appropriate actions.

• Effectively communicate with both implementation teams and C-level executives, earning their trust.

• Advocate for clients by offering strategic insights to the Product organization regarding future release requirements and challenges.

• Refine and enhance internal processes and methodologies based on strategic customer feedback and evolving industry standards.

• Manage multiple strategic engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

• Engage with clients to cultivate long-term strategic relationships and ensure ongoing success.

• Mentor less experienced team members and clients to enhance their strategic capabilities and understanding.

• Establish structured feedback mechanisms with clients to continuously improve Endeavor products and services.

You Are

• A proven leader with experience in mentorship and organizational behavior.

• A strategic thinker with the ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts, business models, regulations, and technologies.

• Possessing a strong aptitude for conveying complex business and technical ideas using visualization and modeling tools.

• Demonstrating a successful track record of establishing trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Experienced in customer-facing privacy and security consulting, implementation, and advisory roles.

• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.

• Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and performing effectively under pressure.

• Familiar with privacy, ethics, security, compliance, or sustainability concepts, standards, processes, and issues.

• Possessing in-depth knowledge of Endeavor products and their application in managing business operations.

• Experienced in cloud architecture, multi-tenancy, and multi-tiered infrastructure.

• Technical skills in cloud architecture, containerization, scripting, and database management.

• Experienced with large-scale, technologically complex accounts.

• Understanding of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Holding certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPP/US, CIPT, FIP, GRCP, GRCA, CRISC, or CTPRP.
