Role Summary

The Café Manager will emphasize innovative hospitality and curate the café experience to ensure operational excellence. This role will utilize strong hospitality and operational skills to manage daily administrative and operational functions, including financial oversight and compliance with sanitation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, supervise, train, and mentor team members.
  • Foster a culture of Food and Workplace Safety.
  • Plan, promote, and execute special events and promotions within the café.
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation and cleaning protocols.
  • Manage café operations while assisting in Culinary and Catering functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in food service operations.

  • Operational knowledge of financial planning and food service equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • ServSafe certification is required.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passionate about exceptional food and hospitality.
