Job Description

We are a leading integrated design firm dedicated to delivering exceptional architecture, engineering, and interior design services. Our mission is to elevate the human experience through design, and we're seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design and develop mechanical systems for a wide range of building types. As part of our integrated design teams, you'll work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and sustainable building solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement mechanical system designs from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with architectural and structural designs.
  • Prepare detailed engineering reports, calculations, and drawings to support project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a MEP firm working on commercial/public projects.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex mechanical systems.
  • Professional Engineering license (P.E./PE) and LEED Accredited Professional certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BIM (e.g. Autodesk Revit MEP) workflow and sustainable building design principles.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and how architects work and think.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
