The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling data, providing quotes, entering pricing of products, processing orders, and providing order confirmation and shipping dates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Calculate costs of goods and services
  • Track and provide delivery dates for customers
  • Provide quotes to customers
  • Process orders for customers
  • Perform all other office tasks related to order processing and quotes

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in sales, order entry, or other related fields
  • Experience in data entry, utilizing Windows-based software, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Epicor Software
  • Knowledge of standard quoting and order procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office products. The ideal candidate will have experience with typing, utilizing supplier websites for pricing and delivery, and data entry into our business order system, including item pricing, lead times, quotes, orders, stock checks, and other office duties.
