PrideStaff Fabrication Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication to join our team at PrideStaff. As a Fabrication, you will be responsible for fabricating parts to production specifications using a variety of tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate parts to production specifications using a shear, punch press, cold saw, drill press, grinder, notcher, and ironworker press.
  • Pull orders and deliver fabricated parts to the assigned Welder.
  • Operate a manual pallet jack to move materials and products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production specifications.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials and products.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read production schedules.
