Front Office Manager

Viewline Resort Snowmass, Autograph Collection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, managing a team of front desk agents, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Supervise and train front desk agents to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality
- Manage human resources functions, including recruiting, selection, orientation, training, coaching, performance reviews, and recognition programs
- 2+ years of experience in hotel front desk management or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
- Customer service oriented and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
