  • Financial Management: Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the store's financial success.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store image.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the exterior and interior of the store.
Requirements
  • Age: 18 years of age or older (21 years of age for all other states)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience preferred
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
