Job Summary

Leonardo Electronics US Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for the production of semiconductor chips and bars, as well as the operation of semiconductor process equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process semiconductor chips and bars, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.
  • Operate and maintain semiconductor process equipment, including chip dicing, bar cleaving, stacking, facet coating, and unmounted bar testing and inspection.
  • Perform rotating Change Room duties, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Order supplies and consumables, managing inventory and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of direct relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor production operations and equipment, as well as general computer skills.
  • Excellent teamwork attitude and high-quality work standards.
  • Knowledge of SPC/ISO standards and clean room environment procedures.
  • Ability to work with various chemicals and wear chemical protection gear.
