Job Description
At WallStJobs, we are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Representative to join our team. As a key member of our insurance sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their personal insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to clients regarding personal insurance needs, including auto, home, and other personal policies.
• Offer tailored insurance advice based on each client's specific situations and coverage requirements.
• Conduct detailed reviews of existing policies, recommending necessary adjustments or additional coverage options.
• Inform clients about various insurance products, policy options, and the advantages of different types of coverage.
• Efficiently handle new applications, renewals, and policy updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Address client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in personal lines insurance sales or customer service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
