Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Brad Siok - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders by answering questions, assisting with requests, and assessing their needs. You will also be required to review a customer's policy and initiate new insurance policies to reach your production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build personalized relationships with clients.
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails.
  • Keep a professional appearance and friendly attitude.
  • Pivot to other lines of insurance by recommending available products.
  • Ask for referrals and reviews.
  • Conduct policy reviews.
  • Actively listen to identify the client's needs and ask about changes in his/her life.
  • Note every request for changes or policy reviews in ECRM including declination of coverages.
  • Handle customer inquiries by the end of the business day.
  • Contact potential clients by cold calling or using referrals.
  • Service the policies you initiate.
Requirements
  • Have your Property and Casualty state insurance license.
  • Obtain an agreement with State Farm within the first two weeks of employment by completing all State Farm training.
  • If not already licensed with Life and Health initiate process within 60 days.
  • Prior insurance experience is preferred but not required.
