Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Bob Lindsay Honda. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture Enriching Relationships: Build long-lasting relationships with clients to establish a loyal customer base.
  • Consultative Selling: Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Product Expertise: Continuously develop knowledge of our product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies to become a trusted advisor to our customers.
  • Demonstrations and Presentations: Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Follow-up and Referrals: Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business and maintain a strong network of satisfied customers.
  • Overcoming Objections: Develop the skills to effectively overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses, and maintain open communication with team members.

  • Self-Starter Mentality: Possess a self-starter mentality and an ambitious spirit to drive success in the role.
  • Product Knowledge: Be eager to learn and quickly absorb knowledge of our product offerings, including their features and benefits.
  • Communication Skills: Possess phenomenal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed personal appearance at all times.
  • Clean Driving Record: Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
