Job Title: General Foreman

At NPL Construction, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our pipeline construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reporting, including weekly submittal of complete and correct timekeeping and paperwork on job progress and costs
  • Meet customer requirements in daily operations
  • Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules
  • Inspect work on-site
  • Resolve work problems
  • Maintain time records and such other paperwork to manage each project
  • Abide by, explain, and enforce NPL procedures
  • Spot and coach talent, making recommendations on hiring and promoting crew personnel
  • Other tasks as requested by leadership
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience in Underground Natural Gas Pipeline construction
  • 3+ years experience as a Foreman at a utility construction company
  • Class A CDL license
  • OSHA Certified Competent Person
  • OSHA 30 completion
