Construction Project Leader

Compensation Package: We offer competitive salaries ranging from $90,000 to $140,000 per year, along with additional benefits that include vehicle allowances, PTO (negotiable), bonus opportunities, 401K, full benefits, tuition reimbursement, volunteer opportunities, and company equipment.
Responsibilities: As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing diverse construction projects from inception to completion. Your exceptional leadership skills, paired with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, will be essential in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and mentoring project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Monitoring construction progress, anticipating potential issues, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Managing project budgets and financial reporting, providing cost control measures to keep projects on track.
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and maintaining clear lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implementing sustainable and environmentally friendly construction practices whenever possible.
- Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for all project activities.
- Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successfully completing projects of various sizes and complexities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality in construction practices.
- Familiarity with sustainability principles in construction is a plus.
