Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at a new manufacturing facility. The role involves managing shipping tasks, entering shipping information into our ERP system (SAP), processing outbound orders, packaging materials, and organizing outbound orders, including stacking and banding.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage shipping tasks within the manufacturing facility.
  • Enter shipping information into the ERP system (SAP).
  • Process outbound orders efficiently.
  • Package materials for shipping.
  • Organize and prepare outbound orders, including stacking and banding.
Essential Skills:
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience.
  • 6+ months of experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • GED or High School Diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • Order picking.
  • Inventory control.
  • Packing.
  • Shipping and receiving.

Work Environment:

The facility operates on a 1st shift from 6am – 2:30pm and a 2nd shift from 2:45pm – 11:15pm. The facility is very clean, involves small part assembly, and does not require any heavy lifting.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
