Key Responsibilities

  • Help your team execute collections strategies to minimize bad debt while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and disputes, ensuring we uphold our reputation for exceptional service.
  • Encourage your team's growth by sharing your knowledge, offering support, and helping them enhance their skills within the AR function.
  • Collaborate with your team and management to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years in accounts receivable, with some exposure to leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Experience in a high-volume collections environment is preferred.
  • A desire to develop your leadership skills and guide a team.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
