Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at inSync Staffing, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products by conducting multiple analyses on raw materials, warehouse products, work-in-progress, and finished goods. You will inspect proportionate samples of products, record inspection results, and communicate with department managers when non-conformance is identified to ensure proper product disposition.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct multiple analyses on raw materials, warehouse products, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with both Belmar and customer specifications.
Inspect proportionate samples of products, record inspection results, and communicate with department managers when non-conformance is identified to ensure proper product disposition.
Measure quantifiable product attributes (e.g., weight, tail length, temperature, tenderloin diameter), and make subjective decisions regarding the general appearance of the product.
Perform daily grading and quality checks, recording results on appropriate logs.
Identify and address product non-conformance to ensure customer satisfaction through accurate inspection and product identification (size, origin, count).
Coordinate with order selectors if there are quality or accuracy concerns about customer orders.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Monitoring & Verification activities daily in the Raw Not Ground and Raw Ground process categories.
