Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear AOV Tech Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with three years' experience in diagnostic testing and AOV actuator/valve maintenance.

A U.S. Navy nuclear background with maintenance or the equivalent experience and training in reactor operations or maintenance is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform functional post-maintenance testing, diagnostic testing, and calibrations of Air Operated Valves (AOV's)
  • Work with a variety of personnel, including external customers and clients, and internal personnel
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in AOV maintenance and repair
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient maintenance and repair operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma and vocational school training in the field
  • Three years' experience in diagnostic testing and AOV actuator/valve maintenance
  • U.S. Navy nuclear background with maintenance or the equivalent experience and training in reactor operations or maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to pass a practical and written examination as determined by contractor or client
