Manufacturing Process Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Katalyst Healthcares and Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing protocols to ensure high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with QA to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement test scripts to validate manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with medical device manufacturing.
- Design transfer and plastic/molding experience.
