As a Fleet Repair Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our clients' vehicle fleets. You will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing and repairing vehicles, and ensuring that all repairs meet the highest standards of quality.
Your Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles according to established procedures, collaborating with fleet management personnel and central office teams.
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
- Provide accurate repair estimates for additional services required.
- Maintain service equipment, including inventory management of parts, fluids, and proper disposal procedures.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in professional automotive repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a technical school program or demonstrable alternative work experience.
- ASE certifications, particularly in light duty and/or technical school, are highly valued.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
- Proficiency in using repair shop software (AllData, Mitchell 1, etc.).
- Experience in fleet services and working on panel vans is a plus.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
