Fleet Maintenance Technician

Join Tower Mobility as a Fleet Maintenance Technician and play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet of gasoline-powered and electric vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our vehicles, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on gasoline-powered and electric vehicles, such as engine malfunctions, drivetrain issues, and electrical system problems.
  • Conduct battery checks, charging system diagnostics, and repairs on electric vehicles.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical components, including wiring, controllers, and electric motors for EVs.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is preferred. Certification in EV maintenance or high-voltage systems is highly desirable.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of gasoline engines, drivetrains, suspension systems, and electric vehicle components such as battery systems, electric motors, and charging stations.
