  • Museum Operations: Manage strategic planning for museum updates, changes, and maintenance, including security for museum and public events.
  • Project Management: Be the organizational expert, streamliner, and standard bearer/nexus point for project management.
  • Development Operations: Support operation of development portfolio, including leveraging data and systems in revenue projection, goal setting, and progress made towards those goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field, preferred.
  • 6+ years or the equivalent in experience related work experience directly involved with operations, business, development, finance, or related area.
  • An enthusiasm and passion for people and serving the mission.
  • A strong employment and or service history that reflects integrity in leadership, managing high-level operations, teams, and community engagement.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence.
  • A self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, and accountable team player, and strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Gain the trust and cooperation of others to effectively communicate concepts and ideas and to motivate and hold staff accountable.
  • Sound analytical abilities for making decisions, logical interpretations, and to review and interpret financial statements and budgets.
