Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in strategizing, managing, and executing construction projects within budgetary and timeline constraints.

2. Ensure all construction activities comply with architectural and engineering specifications, adhering to blueprint guidelines.

3. Implement and uphold site safety measures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

4. Conduct regular site assessments to verify quality and progress, identifying and addressing potential risks.

5. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery.

6. Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.

7. Oversee budget management and construction estimating to ensure financial effectiveness.

8. Manage project documentation, including permits, inspections, and approvals.

9. Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.

10. Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven history of successful project oversight.

3. Proficient in reading blueprints, construction estimating, and budget management.

4. Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and risk management practices.

5. Exceptional skills in contract negotiation and quality assurance.

6. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

8. Proficient in construction software and technology.

9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

10. Certifications in construction safety and quality assurance are highly desirable.
