The Account Coordinator is a key member of our Client Services team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our advertising clients. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of the order process, including new orders, revisions, and collecting materials
- Create recaps at the end of campaigns, including print, digital, and experiential
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in proposal writing and RFPs
- Collect and organize advertisements for monthly and ancillary publications
- Work as a liaison for standard digital campaigns
- Create client recaps and fact-check advertisements
- Assist the Marketing department with event execution
- Support the Client Services Director with administrative tasks and special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relative internship experience or 1 year of work experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
