Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of the order process, including new orders, revisions, and collecting materials
  • Create recaps at the end of campaigns, including print, digital, and experiential
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist in proposal writing and RFPs
  • Collect and organize advertisements for monthly and ancillary publications
  • Work as a liaison for standard digital campaigns
  • Create client recaps and fact-check advertisements
  • Assist the Marketing department with event execution
  • Support the Client Services Director with administrative tasks and special projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relative internship experience or 1 year of work experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
