CCRM Fertility is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordination Assistant to join our team. As a Clinical Coordination Assistant, you will play a vital role in the care of our infertility patients, working closely with our IVF Nurse Coordinators to facilitate their care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe, enter, and verify patient data into our electronic medical record system.
  • Place daily lab orders and obtain prior authorizations for medications as directed by our RNs.
  • Call patient pharmacies to confirm prescriptions and refills.
  • Perform chart audits for our weekly ART meetings.
  • Track and audit patient consent forms for completion.
  • Verify patient work-up status and ensure communicable labs are up to date.
  • Assist with monitoring nurse team flags and facilitate flag completion as needed.
  • Answer calls to our nurse line and check voicemails as needed.
  • Within scope of practice, answer triaged phone calls for our nursing team and document action taken in patient EMRs.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Medical Assistant certificate required.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • 2+ years of medical assistant experience preferred.
Working Conditions:

This role operates in a professional office, clinical, and/or laboratory setting. You will interact with others and ensure compliance with medical regulations, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies to maintain the highest standards of care and patient and staff safety.
