As an Appliance Installation Specialist at Reliable Services USA LLC, you will play a crucial role in equipping homes with essential appliances. Your expertise will ensure installations are completed efficiently and safely, while collaborating directly with clients to tailor solutions to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Remove and Prepare: Efficiently remove old appliances and ready spaces for new installations.
- Connect and Install: Safely handle gas, water, or electrical connections and install a diverse range of appliances.
- Troubleshoot: Resolve any installation issues promptly to ensure flawless functionality.
- Client Interaction: Provide clear, professional communication with clients throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in appliance/fixture installations or maintenance for single-family or multi-family residences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
- Dependable and possess a professional appearance and attitude.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass national criminal background check and legally able to work in the US without sponsorship.
Requires minimum of eight hours standing, sitting in vehicle, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body mechanics/movements. Requires lifting and carrying up to fifty pounds. Must be able to work in an environment requiring use of ladder, stairs, heights, platforms, attics, crawl spaces, and climbing in and out of trucks or vans in tight spaces. Must have ability to operate a variety of power and hand tools safely.
