Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the payroll duties of the Midwest Region. This includes navigating through 3 payroll systems, running weekly payroll, running weekly reports, tracking timesheets and pay schedules.

Responsibilities:

* Manage payroll duties for the Midwest Region
* Navigate through 3 payroll systems
* Run weekly payroll and reports
* Track timesheets and pay schedules

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist
* 2+ years of experience in a unionized workforce environment
* Strong understanding of Ohio and Indiana pay laws
* Experience with JD Edwards and ADP (Vantage)
