Job Summary

The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and workplace safety across all Restaurant Associates locations. This includes maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal health codes, as well as ensuring that all employees and vendors adhere to these standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety and quality assurance, with experience in conducting inspections, training staff, and implementing corrective action plans. They will also be able to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and management to ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health codes and safety protocols
  • Train staff on food safety and quality assurance procedures
  • Implement corrective action plans to address any safety or quality issues
  • Communicate with employees, vendors, and management to ensure that all safety protocols are followed
  • Monitor and report on safety and quality metrics

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of local and state health codes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
