Quality Assurance Manager

The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and workplace safety across all Restaurant Associates locations. This includes maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal health codes, as well as ensuring that all employees and vendors adhere to these standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health codes and safety standards
- Develop and implement training programs for employees on food safety and workplace safety
- Collaborate with building services and vendor partners to address health risks and facility issues
- Maintain accurate records of health permits and inspection results
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any non-compliance issues
- Provide regular reports to management on compliance status and areas for improvement
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-10 years of kitchen experience or 3-5 years of field experience as an inspector
- Ability to work independently and produce positive results
- Strong attention to detail and ability to teach and train others
- Knowledge of local and state health codes and HACCP principles
- ServSafe certification and valid DOH Food Protection card
