Shared Administrative Role for Advancement and Engagement

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Carlow University. In this role, you will provide primary administrative support to our leadership team, manage general office operations, and serve as a departmental point of contact.
- Manage budgets, including requisition requests, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and workshops.
- Provide support for Stewardship activity, as needed.
Requirements
- Three years of professional office administration experience, preferably in a higher education institution or non-profit organization.
- An associate's degree or higher, with a preference for a bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions and take initiative.
Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
