Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the industrial supply industry.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
