Job Title: Sports Coordinator

United Fray is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sports Coordinator to join our team. As a Sports Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a fun and energetic experience for our players, while ensuring the smooth operation of our sports leagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead nightly operations for sports leagues, including field setup, game hosting, and equipment management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with players, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with players, teams, and staff to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Manage game schedules, scores, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute special events and tournaments.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in sports management, event planning, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
