Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled electronic assembler with expertise in fine hand soldering (30 gauge wire) and troubleshooting capabilities. This role is situated in a climate-controlled environment, where you will utilize hand soldering tools, tweezers, clamps, and magnifying lenses to perform intricate tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble electronic products according to specified drawings and documentation.
2. Diagnose and repair non-functioning electronic products.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Required Skills:
- Proficient in hand soldering, multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and hand tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation in English with a keen attention to detail and integrity.
- Preferred training in J-STD-001 standards for soldered electrical and electronic assemblies.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.

Education Requirements:
- High School diploma is required.
- Technical school training is preferred.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $20-$24 per hour, plus overtime, commensurate with experience and background. Our benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, a 401K plan, and paid vacation and holidays.
