Position Overview:
As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repairs on the fleet of SUU Aviation Aircraft. Our flight-training program utilizes both rotorcraft and fixed-wing aircraft, and your expertise will be vital in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet.

Maintaining airworthy aircraft is crucial for our flight training operations, enabling us to cultivate the next generation of exceptional pilots.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems, adhering to FAA regulations and best practices.

2. Complete all necessary maintenance record entries in compliance with FAA standards.

3. Accurately log time spent on various projects as per SUU policies.

4. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, following all organizational guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

Essential:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Valid A&P license.

3. Strong mechanical skills and aptitude.

4. Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.

5. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
